It’s like having a supportive and knowledgeable companion by your side pointing you in the direction you tell us suits your unique needs.

There is no charge during the Pilot Phase of the program, with one exception - at-home lab testing. Should you decide to order such testing, there will be a discounted (25%) fee. Additionally, you will also have access to virtual care for a treatment plan for abnormal lab results or medication to address the results. A fee applies for those services. Payment options for these follow-up services are credit card and, if applicable, FSA/HSA.
One feature of the program is educational content (pausitive Pointers), which will be delivered via text. Therefore, text messages will apply against your text plan.
You will receive information through:
- Text message
- Your Companion membership Home Page where you can connect to information and services specific to you. A link will be sent to Your Companion once you complete your membership questionnaire.
- Membership emails
You’ll be enrolled in the program after you complete the enrollment questionnaire. You will receive confirmation of your submission via text. The program will then start for you, beginning with educational information via text on topics you have selected and access to Your Companion.
Your Companion works like your own personal Home page where you can access program services like virtual care, resources like recipes, a music library, toolkits, and webinars (all in addition to the educational content track selections you made during enrollment).
Every 3 months, we will ask you if you’d like to change the educational content track selections you made during enrollment. During that time, you can choose a new content track(s) to receive information on different topic(s).
The Pilot is expected to last until the end of 2025, but is subject to change. At that time, we will communicate with you regarding next steps.
Yes! We appreciate you letting others know about the Pilot program. We have a limited number of spots available to maintain a high level of customer service. When the program reaches capacity, individuals will be added to a waiting list.
Many women+ tell us it’s challenging to talk about their menopause journey with others. Sometimes, this makes them feel more lonely and isolated. By participating in the Menopause Concierge Program, you’ll be better able to communicate knowledgeably and let others know how they can support you during this stage of life. We’ll provide suggestions for ways to begin discussions with those in your life. And as we learn more from you, we’ll provide even more support for having those conversations, which don't always come easily.
