In this session, you will learn from Denise Shields, PhD, mindfulness expert, five simple mind/body practices to help you build resilience during the ups and downs of menopause. The practices are rooted in mindfulness and include meditation, gratitude, self-compassion, and mindful physical activity and eating. You will learn how to apply strategies throughout the day to maintain your health and energy and to stay balanced and resilient.
