Session 5: Yoga Nidra Meditation
The next time you are lying in bed awake, fighting with your brain trying to turn it off, try a yoga nidra practice instead. This mindful meditation practice uses hyper conscious awareness to slow the mind and relax the body. This session would best be done in a space where you can lay down fully. Don’t let the word yoga fool you, there is no movement involved in this practice.
