Dr. Ronke Komolafe, DBH, MBA is a strategic healthcare leader, business executive, and champion for integrated mental, physical, and social health. She is the Founder and CEO of Advancing Integrated Health, an organization committed to transforming care delivery through innovation, collaboration, and whole-person wellness.
With over 15 years of experience spanning healthcare operations, behavioral health systems, and public policy, Dr. Komolafe has advised government agencies, health plans, and technology companies on the implementation of value-based care, population health initiatives, and regulatory programs across the U.S., including CalAIM, Medicaid transformation, and behavioral health integration.
Dr. Komolafe serves as Chair of the Mental Health Group for the Forbes Business Council and is Editor-in-Chief of Integrated Health Magazine, a publication highlighting thought leaders and solutions in whole-person care. She is also the organizer of TEDxSouthCongress and a national speaker on healthcare innovation, leadership, and the future of behavioral health.
